Our Commitment to Quality

Every Zayvor product undergoes rigorous quality checks—once right after production and again before it ships to you. We take extra care with all orders, especially international shipments, so you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

Refund Policy

All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect order, we’ll make it right with a replacement at no extra cost.

Product Warranty

Every Zayvor product includes a 3-year warranty covering stitching, edging, and leather quality.

For stitching or edging issues: We’ll repair your item for free. You’ll cover the return shipping, and we’ll handle repairs and reshipping at no additional charge.

For leather defects: We’ll replace your item for free.

Returns & Replacements

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect order, we’re happy to send you a replacement using the same shipping method you originally chose.

If you’d like to swap your order for a different item: There’s a handling fee of PKR 300, and you’ll need to cover return shipping.

Your order is eligible for replacement if:
  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • It’s not personalized (personalized items are final sale)
  • You have the original packaging
  • You’re able to cover return shipping costs
How to Request a Replacement

  2. Provide your order ID
  3. Send clear photos of the product and packaging to confirm it’s unused
Important Notes on Returns
  • Always use tracked shipping or purchase shipping insurance for returns
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured packages and cannot process refunds for items we don’t receive
  • Ensure your package is properly insured with a tracking number
